By booking a tour, product, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules exist to protect both your investment and our commitment to providing excellent service.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>1. Booking & Payments \ud83d\udcb3<\/h2>\r\n<p>To secure your reservation, we require a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival in Cusco.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Deposit Required:<\/strong> 50% of the total tour cost.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Final Balance:<\/strong> The remaining 50% must be paid on your first day in Cusco (before the tour starts).<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Luxury Reservations:<\/strong> For bookings including 4-star or 5-star hotels, 100% payment is required upfront.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>Payment Methods & Fees<\/h3>\r\n<p>We accept the following methods. Please note the service fees applied by payment processors:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>\u2705 <strong>VISA:<\/strong> +5% service fee.<\/li>\r\n    <li>\u2705 <strong>PayPal:<\/strong> +5.5% service fee.<\/li>\r\n    <li>\u2705 <strong>Western Union \/ Bank Transfer:<\/strong> (Client covers transaction fees).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Passport & Client Details \ud83d\udec2<\/h2>\r\n<p>Your booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation. Please adhere to the following:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Accuracy:<\/strong> Ensure your Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Age, and Gender match your passport strictly.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Health & Restrictions:<\/strong> Inform us immediately of any allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or disabilities.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Passport Renewal:<\/strong> You must travel with the <strong>same passport<\/strong> used for booking. If you renew it, <strong>bring BOTH the old and new passports<\/strong> to avoid being denied entry to Machu Picchu or trains.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Cancellation & Refund Policy \ud83d\udcc5<\/h2>\r\n<p>We understand plans change. Penalties for cancellations are based on how far in advance we receive your written notice:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>\ud83d\udfe2 <strong>3 Months or more before departure:<\/strong><br> We refund 70% of your deposit (30% penalty).<\/li>\r\n    <li>\ud83d\udfe1 <strong>30 Days before departure:<\/strong><br> We refund 50% of your deposit (50% penalty).<\/li>\r\n    <li>\ud83d\udd34 <strong>7 Days or less before departure:<\/strong><br> No Refund (100% penalty).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div style=\"background-color: #fff3cd; color: #856404; padding: 15px; border-left: 5px solid #ffeeba; margin: 20px 0;\">\r\n    <h3>\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT: Inca Trail Exception<\/h3>\r\n    <p><strong>Strictly Non-Refundable Components:<\/strong> Advanced payments for <strong>Inca Trail (2 & 4 Days), Salkantay Trek, and Lares Trek<\/strong> are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because permits and entry tickets are purchased immediately upon booking and are non-transferable\/non-refundable by government regulation.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Refund Method:<\/strong> Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. No-Show & Force Majeure \ud83c\udf2a\ufe0f<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>No-Show:<\/strong> We are not responsible if you miss the tour due to flight delays or cancellations. No refund will be given.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Force Majeure:<\/strong> We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by strikes, natural disasters, weather conditions, accidents, or events beyond our control.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Insurance Certificate:<\/strong> In the event of a no-show due to unforeseen causes, we can provide a certificate for you to claim reimbursement with your travel insurance company.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Discounts & Benefits \ud83c\udf93<\/h2>\r\n<p>We offer special rates for specific groups (valid identification required):<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Andean Community:<\/strong> Citizens of Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Students:<\/strong> University students up to 25 years old with a valid, updated University ID (physical card required).<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Teens & Children:<\/strong> Special discounts for travelers up to 16 years old.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Travel Insurance \ud83c\udfe5<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>Highly Recommended!<\/strong> For your peace of mind, we strongly suggest purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip Cancellation, Interruption, Medical Expenses, and Baggage Loss.
